Lana Del Rey released her National Anthem video yesterday (27th June) more than a week earlier than expected!
Lana Del Rey released the National Anthem video yesterday more than a week earlier than expected, Lana announced that the video would be released on the 8th of July (but who cares?! At least we got another Lana video!). Many are saying the video is 'controversial' by the way it portrays Marilyn Monroe, John F Kennedy and Jacqueline Onassis. Lana starts the video by singing the unforgettable version of 'Happy Birthday' by Marilyn Monroe and follows that by showing the life of Jacqueline and JFK. Lana then ends the video by recreating the ever so sad assassination of President JFK (at that time).
The video is bound to be a hit from all the publicity it is already getting from critics and fans alike! Check out the video now on Youtube here --> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=60cvtxwlJr8 Personally I think it's beautiful and emotional, tell me what you think by commenting below!
